I’m a 32-year-old female working full-time as a chef at a Vietnamese restaurant near St Leonards Station, and I also work part-time with a catering company in Artarmon. My work keeps me busy and I usually get home after 9pm, so I’m hoping to find a place close to my workplaces to save travel time and have more rest.

I spend most of my day outside, so I rarely cook at home and always keep my space clean and tidy. I’m a very responsible person and always make sure to pay rent on time. My income from both jobs is stable, and I have no issues with covering rent or expenses.

I’m looking for an empty room as I have my own furniture to bring in. I’m quiet, respectful, and easy-going, and I take good care of the place I live
