Hey, I’m Benn, I work full-time in sales and run my own online music/content business on the side. I’m focused, respectful, and pretty quiet at home. My downtime is usually spent producing music (using headphones), editing videos, spending time with friends or family or working on my business projects.

I keep things clean, pay rent on time, and respect personal space. I’m looking for a place where I can stay grounded, work on my goals, and have a comfortable, peaceful base to operate from.

Outside of work, I’m into fitness, nature, self-development, and keeping a healthy routine, not really a party guy, but I’m friendly and easy to get along with.
