Hi!
I'm Kate, initially from Newcastle, and I've just returned after 12 months living in QLD.
It's important to me that I find the right fit when it comes to my home / sanctuary. As such, I'll try to provide a little detail about myself and my circumstances.
It is just myself and my dog, Asha - a small, gentle and well behaved Kelpie x (rescue dog).
I work full time as a Case Management Specialist, and with my office being right in town (Honeysuckle), I'd really like to find somewhere I'm able to ride my bike or walk to work. My time off would mainly involve markets, beach days, road trips ect. I also love a good chill day, planting, reading and a bit of a Netflix binge.
I am a quiet, respectable, house proud individual, committed to my personal and professional life in Newcastle. I have a solid rental history and can provide real estate references + police checks etc. I am looking for a long term tenancy, and a home I can truly settle into.
