Hello, I am seeking a furnished master room in a female-only household or a mixed house with females. My budget is $350 per week, including bills. The location should be close to a train station with a commute of 20-30 minutes to the CBD.
I am a full time professional so I would prefer a quiet place as I work from home once or twice weekly. I am pretty much a tidy-neat person, less cooking and have a veggie diet weekly so ideally I would like to share the house with no more than two (2) people.
No pets and no party goers please.
