Hi potential flatmates! 🏡

I’m Jem, and I’ve recently relocated from Melbourne to Brisbane for my career. I work full-time in the tech/renewables space (IoT and Software Development), which keeps me busy and out of the house most weekdays!

Having lived in everything from boarding school to traditional share houses. I truly value mutual respect, clear communication, and healthy boundaries. To me, home is a sanctuary and a quiet, clean place to recharge🔋

My Routine:

Mon–Fri: Usually in the office 9–5, followed by the gym or a Pilates class. 🤸

Weekends: I love to travel and explore my new city! You’ll often find me out for dinner and drinks with mates or heading off on a weekend getaway with my yellow Jeep Wrangler ! 🌻

At Home: Love to bake the occasional cupcakes or brownies + anything else I make to butter up my colleagues ! I don’t host parties, I prefer to head out and keep home for the occasional movie night or a low-key dinner + drinks 🍹

What I’m looking for:

Own unfurnished bedroom with ensuite/own bathroom or sharing a bathroom with a female in a share house, with room to park my car 💌

I’m easy-going, reliable with rent, and happy to chat, but I also respect personal space.
