I'm moving to Tasmania from Cairns at the end of April and am looking for a 6 month lease in Hobart and surrounds or Launceston.

I’m looking for a nice, lived in, social (but not party) house with a chilled vibe. I would like a friendly household where my housemate/s are happy to sometimes hang out and watch movies and have a glass of wine and dinner together. A furnished room would be perfect, but I can also work with unfurnished.

I work in conservation for a not for profit as an ecologist. At times I will be travelling a fair bit for work, but otherwise will be working from home (7 day fortnight).
I enjoy hiking, travel, exploring the outdoors, markets, checking out art galleries, op shopping, trivia and live music.

Would love somewhere that is pretty walkable or close to a nice trail and somewhere to park my car (street parking is ok).

I’m easy going and a bit of a greenie. I love doggos so will be happy if you have a puppy but am not a cat person, sorry!
