Hi, I am Sarah, I am 42, Female, I work full time in administration and I am looking for a nice place to live for a minimum of 6 months, but prefer more if everything goes well.
My ideal location would be within 20min of the city, a quiet house where I can come home and relax at the end of the day.
Currently in plympton and my lease runs out 26th May.
I am quiet to live with and have shared a lot over the years. During the week I just work and come home to chill. On the weekends I love the outdoors, I hike on weekends when I can and love getting out into nature. I also love Art, design, music, movies, getting coffee and brunch with friends. Otherwise I am just relaxing at home on the weekend. I tend to go out to socialise, I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs and barely drink. I am Vegetarian but fine with others not being one. I clean after myself, am considerate of others and
I am looking for housemates preferably Female, 30's and over, with the same view on sharing as me. Basically pitch in with cleaning, clean up after yourself and generally show respect and consideration toward each other. I enjoy hanging out at home, watching a movie or having a chat with the people I live with. If you have pets, I am happy to help out if your away or sick. I don't currently have any but love animals.
As for the rent. I am looking to pay up to $350 without bills but higher if they are included. I am always early with rent and pay as soon as my pay comes in. I am the same with bills. I can provide evidence to confirm this such as a current rent ledger.
My needs for a house are pretty basic. Somewhere nice and clean. Close to the city and general facilities. I prefer a decent size bedroom, my own bathroom would be great. I like a bit of gardening and am happy to help maintain some small garden space. Otherwise I am very flexible on my needs for a house.
