Hi!

Relocating to Gold Coast for work (Youth Work) and am looking for a place to call home. I have lived in flat shares for many years, and consider myself a responsible, tidy, sociable and considerate flatmate. It is very important to me to find a bright, beautiful, clean little place, where I can feel safe, relaxed and renew my energy. I have no pets, not a smoker, and am not a party person nor a fan of big social gatherings, so prefer housing that accommodates this. However, I do enjoy relaxing and chatty nights at home.

Would prefer to share with just 1 other person (or max. 2.) and have my own bathroom if that is a possibility. I would consider a bigger budget for a granny flat or private flat.
