Hi there,

I’m a 40-year-old originally from France, and I’ve been living in Australia for the past 10 years, mainly between the Gold Coast and Brisbane. I work as a mobile auto electrician and accessory fitter, so I’m often out during the day.

I’m easygoing, respectful, clean, and reliable I value a calm and well-kept home without being over the top about it. I’m the type who pays rent on time, keeps shared spaces tidy, and contributes to a peaceful living environment.

I’m ideally looking for a place around Wilston or nearby suburbs, in a quiet and safe area. Good street parking is important for me, as I operate a work vehicle. I’m not suited to noisy households or areas with frequent disturbances I really appreciate a relaxed, settled atmosphere.

Also, looking for a long-term stay (12 months+), and it would be great to live with like-minded people who enjoy a balance of independence and occasional good conversations.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, going to the gym, photography, and travel.
