Hi! I'm Lucy ☺️ my childhood best friend Bec (both early 30s) and I on the hunt for our dream rental home and a wonderful third woman to share it with us 🏡

We're looking for a modern, light-filled home in the Mermaid Beach to Southport corridor (including Broadbeach, Bundall and Clear Island Waters), ideally with a move-in date around late May to early June. We're aiming for $350–$420/week for your own room, potentially with your own or a shared bathroom, depending on the layout.

Between the two of us, we've got most of the house furnishings covered, so you'd just need to bring yourself and your bedroom setup. We love creating a space that actually feels like a home - cosy, tidy, and good energy ✨

A little about us: Bec is a shift-working nurse and I work remotely in marketing and communications for a US health company. I also coach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu kids' classes three afternoons a week in Southport. Safe to say we're both busy women who genuinely value our downtime 🧘‍♀️

I also come with one (very important) housemate: Lulu, my almost-12-year-old German Shepherd, who I adopted when she was 4. She's a very sweet, old girl, who sleeps a lot in her old age. She's not great with other dogs or cats, but is an absolute sweetheart with people. A lover of dogs is a must 🐾

We're not party people - you'll more likely find us doing a coastal walk, cooking something delish, going to the gym, doing yoga, trying new things, or relaxing on the couch watching a series, eating snacks. That said, we absolutely love a spontaneous kitchen chat, a movie night, or a games night. We just want someone who's happy doing their own thing but is also up for a bit of fun when the stars align.

What matters most to us: good communication, mutual respect, clean shared spaces, and peaceful energy. We're looking for someone who wants more than just a room - someone who's after a real home and a long-term, happy living situation (at least a year on the lease).
