29yr old Cardiac Physiologist working in a hospital. I am very house trained having lived in my previous place for the past 6 years.

I am quiet, clean, financially stable and looking to make a house a home. I understand the importance or maintaining open, transparent and prompt communication with housemates and value living in a house where issues are addressed quickly so that everyone can live in harmony. I enjoy a wine and a chat in the evenings if people are around however, I very much understand the need for personal space and down time.

I am interested in settling into a long-term lease and can bring to the house a number of different items of furniture from my previous house (ie. wine fridge, coffee machine, brand new cordless Dyson vacuum, dinning room table, couch) however, this is not a necessity.

Outside of my work life I enjoy playing basketball in a local club, sitting in my favourite cafe doing life admin and patting every dog that sniffs or makes eye contact with me. I enjoy a good drink and good food with good people so am more likely to be having a dinner party rather than a house party, however, have no issue if things get brought home on the weekends.
