Hallo! I'm Cam,
I am looking for Long Term accommodation for me and my small pet Paddy.
I am open to all areas of Perth including the hills.
Rent is negotiable especially if it includes utilities and internet.
I am flexible on move date.

I can provide ID, proof of income and references.

Airconditioning & PET FRIENDLY are a MUST please!

I also really value quiet and clean environments with a balance of social and me time.

Ideally looking for:
* An unfurnished granny flat or medium-large room
* Ensuite bathroom or toilet for private use
* Built in robe or a wardrobe provided

ABOUT ME:
Originally from Adelaide, living in Perth for 7 years.

I've lived in sharehouses with people from many different cultures and backgrounds for nearly 20 years. I am very considerate and respectful of other people, their homes and belongings. I'm also very environmentally conscious, friendly and emotionally mature.

I am disabled and not currently working but I have secure monthly income from Income Protection payments (i.e. NOT reliant on Centrelink alone).
I am still very mobile and independent and able to contribute to household tasks. I clean up after myself after using the kitchen and toilet/bathroom.

ABOUT PADDY:
I have a 4yr old ferret Paddy (desexed, microchipped & fully vaccinated).
He lives in a cage and is litter trained.
He is also harness trained so I can walk him outside.
Ferrets are very quiet pets and sleep a lot.
We currently live with multiple other indoor pets so I am happy to come up with a system together if you also have pets.
