My name is Sayaka, and I am a Japanese woman. I‘m looking for a master room or studio. I can pay for the rent by $350-480 a week. I need to move from 27th January.

I’m looking for a clean, calm and respectful place to live long-term. I’m very tidy, quiet, and I always respect shared spaces and other people’s privacy.

At the moment, I’m in a transition period — I will start full-time work from middle of March, so I’m not able to provide a formal employment letter just yet. However, I am financially responsible, always pay rent on time, and I’m happy to pay rent in advance if needed.

I’m planning to stay long-term and treat the place as my home. I’d love to have a chat or inspection if the room is still available.
