A room in an existing share house or apartment
Or a team-up opportunity with compatible people
Ideally within 10-15km of the Sydney CBD
Good public transport access, preferably near a train station
Suburbs similar to Earlwood, but I'm open to other well-connected areas
Street parking or a garage would be a bonus, as I drive

I'm hoping to find a home with respectful, easygoing housemates who enjoy a comfortable, clean living environment without being a party house.
