Hi there! I'm Lauren, I've been living in Sydney for the last couple of years while completing my Master's degree and recently accepted a new job in the Newcastle region, and I'm looking for a comfortable, relaxed living situation close to my new workplace.

I'm friendly, easy-going, and appreciate a healthy lifestyle and good communication. I would love to have flatmate who is also friendly and wouldn’t mind sharing a dinner or joining me for a beach walk & coffee. I also value personal time and you can usually catch me doing a word search, listening to music, at the gym, or out hiking. I'm out of my partying days and would prefer flatmates who are on the same page.

I'm also open to homes with pets (I love dogs!) though I don’t have any of my own. I'll be doing some work from home with my new role, so I'd appreciate a considerate and tidy environment. If you're looking for a flatmate who values mutual respect, I'd love to hear from you!
