I have good references from previous rentals including my current live-in landlord and previous Landlords and current housemates,

I consider myself to be friendly/ sociable and quiet and reliable, and I am also Very Clean and Tidy type of person who also respects other people’s privacy and space.

I enjoy traveling and meeting new people, And also enjoy mechanical engineering and design as a long time personal passion of mine,

I am looking for a Very Clean and Tidy and Quiet Room or Unit or Studio to Rent within the Hobart Suburban areas that are ease of access to get bus services to Clarence Campus in Warrane, and Hobart City

Ideally Bills included in Rent if possible or can extend my budget a little more for the right place depending on place and location, And Prefer a long term 12 months Plus rental if possible depending on lease offered/available.
