Hello. A little about myself,

I am Mike, I am 40, and I am currently completing my studying in disability health care sector studying full time in Hobart, I am a Non Smoker, Non party person, and Very Quiet and Very Clean and Tidy Person, And have a Secure/Reliable income.

I have good references from previous rentals including live-in Landlord and previous Landlords and Housemates.

I consider myself to be friendly/ sociable and considerate, and quiet and reliable, and I am also Very Clean and Tidy type of person who also respects other people’s privacy and space.

I enjoy traveling/world history and also enjoy mechanical engineering and design as a personal passion of mine among other interests.

I am looking for a Very Clean and Tidy and Very Quiet Room or Studio to Rent within Hobart from between Sandy Bay to New Town areas preferred with reliable bus services as will be catching the bus to my work placement in the city.

And looking for a long term rental if possible depending on lease offered/available minimum 6 months - 12 months.

I have lived in share houses before and I am looking for a Very Clean and Very Quiet Place that feels homely and prefer living in a non over overcrowded place

I Do Not want to live with people who have no common respect and not considerate of others, and those who are loud and talking with loud speak on the phone during all hours of the night/early morning, As I am completing my studies and I will be working shift work in disability sector when my studies completed.
