I’m Jess🌞 I work full time in Mermaid Beach for a swimwear brand (Jolyn)/surf life saving events company, so some weekends I’m away travelling for pop-up shops.
I’m looking for places between Mermaid beach right down to Tweed area.

I’m 21, came over from NZ 3 years ago as a full time competitive swimmer but have recently phased out of the sport. I spend my spare time at the gym, beaching(!!), adventuring, and love having fun with friends outside in the sun. Also did some studying of Design at Griffith 2022. Love my weekends out just as much as quiet nights in. I’m a clean, reliable, chill person who is easy to get along with.
I value being able to re-charge at home in the evenings in my own space, so I respect and understand others personal space/alone time. But I’m also open to making new friends to make fun memories with!
Somewhere within walking distance to the beach would be an absolute dream and I would respect you and your lovely home💛
I’ve had 3 years of rental experience on the GC with no problems paying rent on time.
