[ROOM FOR RENT AD] Hi! I’m Gabby, and my housemate Claudia and I are looking for a new roommate to join our share house in Turner 🍃

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a front courtyard, perfect for your morning tea/coffee and people watching. Just under a 10 min stroll across Northbourne takes you across to bustling Braddon and the Sunday Haig Park markets. We are just about to start a new 6 month lease, which will take us to the end of the year with possibility to re-sign then. There is no car park available but plenty of overnight parking on the street. The room is available ASAP and you would be sharing the main bathroom.

We are on the hunt for someone around the same age, also female, with a similar lifestyle / working 9-5 full time. No couples please! Someone who is also clean, tidy and up for a chat and a wine every now and then but not a huge party animal would be ideal.

About me: I work full time in government relations and climate change policy but in my free time I like pilates, yoga, reading and getting out and about or going to the pub for a beer on the weekend. Clauds and I are looking to live with like minded people in their mid/late 20s or early 30s who don’t mind the occasional family dinner or mid-week wine / trashy MAFs or bachelor binge every now and then!
