Hello! I had a place lined up that fell through, so now I'm on the hunt again ! Happy to pay $450 to 500 for the right place. Also happy with a smaller room for less. Please help if you can! Here is my post:

I'd really love anywhere south of Mermaid. Preferably close to the beach. I'd like to have a room with ensuite, or something self contained ideally.

We are very respectful, keep to ourselves, clean, tidy, low maintenance and very laid back.
I am a naturopath and run an animal welfare not for profit. I have steady income and love to travel for the cause so I go away a fair bit. My hobbies mainly are based around creativity and art, music, etc.

I love my own space but also very easy to get along with. Always up for some socializing and a glass of wine!
