I’m a happy drama free person and I love to cook and clean.

I’m a 44yo single guy looking for a place for at least six to twelve months to get a feel of where I would like to buy my own place on the Sunny Coast. I moved from Melbourne a year ago and have been working as a carpenter for a local construction company. Our job sites are mainly between Sunshine Beach and Peregian Beach. I previously worked FIFO on Hamilton Island, share housing with co-workers at an Airbnb and I’m currently renting a room in Parrearra, so I understand the importance of living respectfully and being considerate. Prior to this, I rented a one bedroom unit in Thornbury Victoria for 13years and got along well with my landlord maintaining his property as he required. (managed by Love&Co Realestate Thornbury) I rarely drink. I’m very domesticated and love keeping tidy, so I’m usually pottering around cleaning if not out at the beach or exploring walking trails. I’m outgoing, but happy to be mellow after work during the week. Otherwise, I’m catching up with family and friends in Noosa.

I’m happy to renew my national police check. I have a current working with children clearance, two local police references, recent Tewantin landlord and current Parrearra reference who is one of the police references.

I’m flexible with length of stay, whether it’s a few months or long term, as long as the home is the right fit.
