33 M currently working FT in Security services at licensed venues and events

I always pay bills on time and take pride in keeping our shared space clean. While I don’t drink, smoke, or vape, I'm relaxed and non-judgmental of how others live. I just want to ensure we're a good mutual fit for the vibe of the house

I’m an easy going, tidy, pet friendly( don’t have any) and respectful person who likes to keep to himself but always up for a chat

I follow an active lifestyle: love playing soccer, also learning BJJ, go for beach walks/jogs and hit the gym whenever I get a chance

Ideally I’d like to move out of the current place before end of August but I have some flexibility

I’m also flexible with the duration of the stay but would be looking to stay at least until end of this year
