I’m looking for a peaceful little space to call my own ideally a 1x1, 1x2, granny flat, studio or self-contained area. I’m mainly looking for privacy and somewhere I can settle into long-term.

I work consistently throughout the week as a professional nanny for three Perth families and run my own childcare business. I’m clean, respectful, easygoing and very mindful of the home I live in.

Coming with me are my two much-loved cats, Panda and Blu 🐈🐈 They’re part of the package, so I’m specifically looking for a pet-friendly home.

I’m currently renting a townhouse and am looking to downsize into something smaller and more affordable while still having my own space.

I can provide rental references, work references, proof of income and supporting documents if required.
