Hello, my name is Macaullay, Friends call me Macca, and I’m currently looking for a new place to rent. I work full-time in construction as a bricklayer’s labourer and am a reliable, tidy, and respectful tenant.

I’ll be moving in on my own — no pets, and while I do smoke, I’m always respectful about keeping it outside and maintaining a clean living space. I take pride in keeping my home neat and well-maintained.

I’ve been living in my current rental for the past three years with no issues — I always pay rent on time and have a solid rental history. I’m happy to provide references if needed.
