Hi! I’m a 24-year-old psychology student currently completing my Bachelor’s degree, which I’ll be finishing in November, while also working remotely in administration/client support. I’m a quiet, respectful and tidy person who values a calm, clean and comfortable home environment. I keep a consistent routine with work, study and the gym, and I’m very considerate of shared spaces and other people’s privacy.

I’m looking for a long-term place where I can feel settled and at home. Financially, I’m in a very stable position. I have consistent income from work, and my grandparents are also supporting me while I complete university, so rent and bills will always be paid reliably and on time. I’m looking for somewhere I can comfortably stay long term rather than something short term or temporary.

Ideally I’m looking for a place with my own bathroom and a private, relaxed atmosphere. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I also appreciate personal space and a peaceful environment.

A little about me. I love fitness, psychology, beauty/lifestyle content, and spending time with friends on weekends. I’m not into partying, and I take pride in keeping my space clean and well looked after. Access to a balcony would be even more appreciated but it is not an essential I just get claustrophobic at times but not a need at all!
