ABOUT ME:
i have a old man, his 12, his a short hair domestic cat, whos quick to learn, and loves love, who i endlessly clean up after due to hating cat fur and liking a clean home. His name is Cat, yeah,a anyhoo i saved him from an abusive owner, and his level of attachment i cant abandon him. his beautiful, before Cat, i really was not a cat person, i was just there, saw a horrible human and saved cat who i fell in love with, i promise you will too!

Im keen to be friends with my housemate, and have equal respect for each others space,
i like a creative and clean space, i love some gardening, board games and console games, and a beer, bbq and a firepit. i'm big on mutual respect dont care for double standard hypocrites.

currently living in my own one bedroom rental, downsized from a two story house when i separated so have furniture id like to bring also - much im also happy to get rid of.
leaving my own place due to the cost of living causing this to be no longer realistic.

HOUSEMATE WANTED:
what i desire and expect from a housemate, i expect the same from myself,
wants to be friends - enjoy each other space and very much respect personal space
cleans up after themselves and contributes fairly to household cleaning and cleaning products - good and easy cost to share,
honest and respectful of others property
fair share of bills and rent
self awareness and generally considerate
