🌈 Two QPOC friends on the hunt for a third person to team up with us in applying for houses together!

🏡 What we’re looking for:
We’re searching for a 3–4 bedroom house in the Footscray / Coburg / Preston area—close to public transport and amenities as neither of us have cars.
* Budget: $900–950 per person, per month
* Timeline: Hoping to move end of May/june

✨ A bit about us:
Rica (they/them) – 31, triple Aquarius ♒, vego, and working part-time in LGBTQIA+ mental health. I participate in some organizing / activism in my spare time, love talking about my dumpster finds and overdo reading my tarot.

Beatriz (she/her) – 29, graphic designer, lover of all things creative and quirky. Bubbly and warm, always up for a laugh, but also value my down time. I love treasure hunting in thrift shops, astrology (a Gemini ♊️), exploring the outdoors, and going on food adventures

🌼 About the vibe at home:
*We would like to foster a home that is warm and supportive - we’re down for cozy hangouts, occasional shared meals or house outings but also respect solo down time.
* We clean as we go, take pride in the home, and communicate our needs with kindness.

🌟 We’d love to live with folks who are:
*Mid 20’s-mid 30’s, experienced in share housing
* We are open to living with a house-trained cat but prefer no dogs.
* Looking to find a long term house.
* Ideally queer/trans/QPOC or strongly aligned.
* Pro-Palestine, decolonial, and anti-oppressive
* Someone who fits our dynamic and keen to co-create and contribute to a cozy home 🏠
