I'm looking for a house in a quiet street sharing with one other. Ideally away from major roads and train stations.

I'm very tidy, considerate and active. I enjoy being outside as much as possible and swimming at the pool. I'm working full time (outside the house) including most weekends. During my free time I visit family, markets and the surf coast. I've a bicycle to get around the local area and I love the inner north bike trails.

I like maintaining gardens so would prefer a house with a garden space or potential. I'm flexible with budget and for the right fit. At this stage I'm looking for short term 1-3 months however if I find a great match it could become long term.
