Hey! My name is Caitlin and I am currently looking for a female roommate as my current roommate is moving out.

The apartment is located in Clayfield and includes a bedroom and private bathroom as well as a lockable garage for parking. There is also plenty of street parking available for guests.

Rent is $295 a week not including bills and internet. The apartment is fully furnished except for the available bedroom so your own bedroom furniture is required.

The apartment is located within walking distance from a train station and only a short drive to a number of places for grocery shopping.

I work full time and I am very courteous of other people when leaving and entering the apartment because of early morning starts. I occasionally work a night shift as well. When I’m not working I’m usually in my room watching tv or going out with friends. I do enjoy my own space and understand other peoples need for it as well but I am also always up for a chat or a drink or two after work.

I currently own two cats Gracie and Olive so please be aware if you are allergic. No other pets will be allowed on the lease sadly.
