Hey! My name is Caitlin and I am currently looking for a female roommate as my current roommate is moving out at the end of the month.
The apartment is located in Clayfield and includes a bedroom and bathroom as well as a lockable garage for parking. Rent is $295 a week not including bills and internet. The apartment is located within walking distance from a train station and only a short drive to a number of places for grocery shopping.

I work full time and I am very courteous of other people when leaving and entering the apartment because of early morning starts. I occasionally work a night shift as well. When I’m not working I’m usually in my room watching tv or going out with friends. I do enjoy my own space and understand other peoples need for it as well but I am also always up for a chat or a drink or two after work.

I currently own two cats Gracie and Olive so please be aware if you are allergic. No other pets will be allowed on the lease sadly.
