Hello, I am 33 year old woman who is looking for a place with a yard to rent. I'm pretty flexible on location but I work between Red Hill (mostly) and North Lakes. I would love my own place but am also open to a share house with one to two other people - I can get very busy, especially while studying, so as long as the house and room are spacious (can fit a desk or has somewhere for me to study) then I am happy. I'd like a place offering at least 6 months lease or potentially longer because I hate moving! I am a super considerate housemate - I worked on yachts for about 7 years so am used to living in tight quarters with people and know how to be respectful of space! I am wanting a place with a yard because I do have a puppy and a kitten who are the best of friends and are so well behaved and trained. The dog is a maremma x cattle, he is the sweetest thing you'll ever meet. A granny flat is ideal but I'm also open to the downstairs area of a home - I used to work as a live in nanny so children upstairs do not bother me.

A bit about me:
I was travelling overseas for about 9 years before I decided to move back to Australia to continue with my studies. I am in my final year of midwifery (so excited to graduate!) which keeps me busy because I am studying full time while also completing my placements full time, and squeezing in some work when I can manage (I work as a PA / nanny and I still freelance on yachts which means I occasionally travel for work). I am a very independent, mature and tidy woman who appreciates her own space but can have a good chat over a glass of wine or coffee. I like to make home made ice cream (bonus!), keep fit, read and ride my motorcycle. I do love to travel but have put any plans on hold in order to focus on my studies.
