🌿 Looking for a Calm, Peaceful, Neurodivergent & Cat friendly share house.
Hi, I’m Jess (26F) - a quiet, creative, and neurodivergent person currently based in Fremantle and I come with my cat Miso. I’m looking for a peaceful share house or granny flat to move into.
I'm pretty flexible with location. I’m open to options south of the river like Fremantle, Palmyra, Coolbellup, etc. as I love quiet areas near nature. I’m also interested in areas north of the river like Osborne Park, Nollamara, Tuart Hill, etc. as they’re close to my climbing gym and friends. Also, anywhere up in the hills where it's peaceful and amongst nature would be lovely!
A few things about me:
- I work part-time, mostly from home, as this is how I accommodate my neurodiversity.
- I have autism and really value my space, routine, and quiet time.
- I have a sweet, well-behaved cat (who’s well behaved and loves cuddles).
- I don’t party, smoke, or play loud music — I’m a homebody who loves art, nature, and peaceful living.
What I’m looking for:
- Budget: Ideally under or around $280/week.
- Space: I would love to live in a peaceful and respectful share house. My preference would be to live in a woman only house or with other neurodivergent people (bonus if it's both!!) but I'm flexible. Bonus points if it’s near nature, has some greenery, or feels tucked away from noise. It needs to be a non-smoking household.
- Move-in: Flexible timing — happy to wait for the right setup.
I’d love to find a situation that feels safe and supportive — where I can thrive while being an introverted, respectful tenant.
Feel free to reach out if you think your space could be a fit!
