Hey I'm Kara, I'm 24 and just landed my first job in the project management field so I'll be working full time Monday-Friday in Braeside. My budget is maximum $300 including bills. I'd like to live with a like minded female housemate in their twenties or thirties, I get along with people older than me.

I usually like to socialise at home but can also respect downtime. I want to come home to a clean and respectful environment with housemates I can share a meal with and chat to. I value clean spaces and clean up after myself, I'd like to live with someone who's the same.

I also need parking, even if it's just street parking as I'll be driving. I play piano and I sing in my free time. I love watching movies and tv series.

I’m looking after my dad’s 18 month year old cat Oscar who is very affectionate and sweet. I need to live with people who are considerate of his wellbeing and won't let him escape as he’s an indoor cat so someone who is also an animal lover is ideal.
