Hello! I’m Kat, 35, a Registered Nurse currently working permanent part time in Brisbane while studying a specialised field in paediatrics.

I’m looking for a self-contained studio, unit, granny flat or apartment to call home, ideally within the suburbs listed below. I’m hoping to find somewhere private, comfortable and peaceful that I can settle into long term.

I work regular daytime hours, so no late nights or shift work. Outside of work, I love being outdoors, especially hiking, swimming and playing netball. I also really enjoy cosy nights in with a good book or a movie.

I’m tidy, respectful, reliable with rent and bills, and take pride in maintaining a clean and calm living space. I value a relaxed, safe and welcoming home environment and would treat your property with genuine care.
