Hey there!

My name is Kat, I’m 25 years old and I’m looking to move in with a female housemate in the city or somewhere close to the city. I’d like a place where I can have my own space, with parking nearby for my car. I’m hoping to be settled into a new home by the 16th of February 2026 (or earlier if possible).

I’m a qualified hair and makeup artist and also work casually, so I’m usually out during the day and home more in the afternoons/evenings. I enjoy socialising and would be keen for a drink and a chat sometimes, but I also value privacy and downtime.

I would preferably like to live with a female housemate who’s around my age, or someone who already has experience being a tenant. It’s also important to me that my housemate is reliable, tidy, respectful, really good at communicating, and on the same level as me so we can get along smoothly. I’d also love it if we could be workout buddies cause I’ve always wanted someone to exercise with!

I’d describe myself as easygoing, trustworthy, and clean, and I’d love to find someone with a similar vibe.
