I recently compelted a PhD in Newcastle where I currently reside with my partner renting a lovely two bedroom flat. As much as I love Newcastle, I've found an amazing opportunity to conduct research at the University of Melbourne Burnley Campus, beginning on the 5th of January, for a year. Due to this, I will be relocating by myself, while my partner will remain in our home for the foreseeable future.

I love to cook, I like to keep a neat and tidy space, and admittedly love to spend time on my own reading a new book on my kindle, crocheting, or watching one of the top rated movies on Netfilx. If I'm not home, Im out on a long walk, or enjoying a day out eating something new, by the ocean or visiting vintage shops.

While I have lived in shared housing, and enjoyed it thoroughly making many lifelong friends, I now much prefer having my own space and ideally looking for a furnished (or semi-furnished) studio or a 1 bedroom flat. I am extremely responsible, being the eldest daughter in the family, pay my bills and rent on time (I hate postponing bills), and am communicative with my landlords/agents. Unfortunately due to the short timeframe, I will be unable to attend inspections in person in December but would be open to videos/facetimes to follow due process.
