Hi, I'm Garima. I am finishing up my master's at USYD, and I am looking for a place near USYD/UTS. Don't worry, I'm not a party person. I'm studying to be a primary teacher, and I've got placements in the upcoming months and am starting to work casually in schools, so I have to be up early. My budget is about 400. I've been living in shared houses for over 4 years now and I'm looking for someone because my old roommate is moving back overseas. I have my own bed and desk, so I would like an unfurnished room. I need a place with a washer, and I would only like to share my bathroom with no more than one person. Those are my non-negotiables. My move-out date is 21st July but I'm happy to move around the 10th of July. I don't smoke or vape. I'm not OCD, but I do like things tidy, especially the kitchen and bathroom. GIRLS ONLY PLS!!!!

My non-negotiables:
