I'm looking for a room to rent in Greater Brisbane (preferably South Side) from the 20th of April for a reasonably long term—$ 230 per week including bills. I appreciate this may be a little out of left field, but I feel it gives you a little more appreciation of my character. I'm not one for long showers, I rarely run AC units and heating. And I'm definitely not one to take over a kitchen like many tend to do. I'm tidy too, and well domesticated. I like to consider myself a caring and considerate individual: friendly and willing to chat, but I also respect everyone’s personal space. I am as reliable as they come and very clean. I work full-time, where I deliver and set up oxygen and other medical supplies for patients, whether at home or in hospitals. I have been in this role for over 12 years. I keep active and walk frequently; I don't smoke, and I only drink minimally on special occasions. Not during work hours. I look forward to your replies. Gary.
