I'm looking for a room to rent for a reasonably long term at $250 per week, including bills. I like to consider myself a caring and considerate individual: friendly and willing to chat, but I also respect everyone’s personal space. I am as reliable as they come and very clean. I know this may appear a little strange to state, but I feel it gives a little insight into a person's moral compass or consideration factor. I'm not one to run heaters or air conditioning all day long, or take long showers. I'm in and out in 4 to 5 minutes; even that's a push. I appreciate that ladies require longer. 🤗 If you're cold, put on a jumper, I say I hope that speaks a little about my character. I'm more than happy to provide character references. I have a full-time job where I deliver and set up oxygen and other medical supplies for patients, whether at home or in hospitals. I have been in this role for over 12 years. I was living in Coorparoo with my son for many years, and its time to give him his space. I keep active and walk frequently; I don't smoke, and I only drink minimally on special occasions. I'm not overly particular about location and would consider anywhere within an hour of Brisbane. I look forward to your replies. Gary.
