I'm looking for a room to rent for a reasonably long term. I like to consider myself a caring and considerate individual: friendly and willing to chat, but I also respect everyone’s personal space. I am as reliable as they come and very clean. I know this may appear a little out of left field to state, but feel it gives a little insight into me as an individual. I'm considerate of homeowners that have utilities to pay, rarely if ever, using A/C heaters etc. I do not take long showers. I will only need to utilise kitchen for limited time. I have no requirement to take over and cook a five course menu, as many of my flatmates chose to do, while also knowing how to clean up after myself. I would be away most weekends. Fri through to Sunday, leaving you with ample privacy. For the most part, you will not know im around. I leave for work at 4.30/5 am finishing times vary. Im out walking most afternoons, and like to spend ample time in my room (a sanctuary to call my own) Im hoping this reflects in the price (rental) you require. My footprint will be minimal. Having recently left my own rental of five years in Camp Hil (by choice) My sons have now taken over with Eagle real estate. They have said i can remain, but know its time to give them/ myself our space. The real estate had no hesitation in leasing to them, due to my reputation as a tenant. I also had many flatmates come stay, and was no longer wanting to clean up after others, after doing so with my own children for many years . Im sure you can appreciate. I hope that speaks a little about my character. 🤗I'm more than happy to provide character references. I have a full-time job where I deliver and set up oxygen and other medical supplies for patients, whether at home or in hospitals. I have been in this role for over 12 years. I keep active and walk frequently; I don't smoke, and I only drink minimally on special occasions over weekends. Which would be while im away. And not on a school night 😁. I'm not overly particular about location and would consider anywhere within an hour of Brisbane. I look forward to your replies. Gary.
