Im looking for a room to rent for a reasonably long term. $250 per week inc bills. I like to consider myself a caring and considerate individual, friendly and willing to chat, but I also respect everyone’s personal space. I am as reliable as they come. And very clean. More than happy to provide several character references. I have a full-time job where I deliver and set up oxygen and other medical supplies for patients, whether at home or in hospitals. I have been in this role for over 12 years. I have been staying with a lady in Alexander Hills for many years; unfortunately, she is selling her house and moving to the Sunshine Coast. I keep active and walk frequently; I don't smoke, and I only drink minimally on special occasions. I'm not overly particular about location and would consider anywhere within an hour of Brisbane.
