I'm 36, full-time permanently employed in West End, looking to move closer to work. (WEST END / SOUTH BRISBANE / BRISBANE CITY please.)
I work approx 7.30am to 3pm, sometimes 7.30am til 5pm, so I'm generally out of the house for at least those hours on weekdays. Weekends I'd say 50% out, 50% chilling with a book at home.
Friendly, happy, positive, love to chat but also sometimes need to decompress in my own space after work - own bathroom required please! I'd love a bathroom that has a bathtub, rather than just a shower.
Prefer housemate/s who are at home at least some of the time when I am; I'm not a partier but I like the feeling of knowing the person / people I live with and enjoying their company! Not a dog person, but a cat is a bonus. :)
I'd prefer to live with a male housemate / a couple, as I feel like that brings a balance. Looking to move in September / October- date negotiable. A minimum stay of 6 months would be ideal, but that's also slightly flexible. Any questions, please let me know. :)
