I'm 40, single, permanently employed in the city centre an an ESL teacher, looking to move closer to work. (West End / Brisbane City/ South Brisbane preferred.) MUST BE VERY CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT DIRECTLY INTO THE CITY CENTRE.
I work approx 7.30am to 3.00pm, anything from 2 to 5 days a week. Weekends I'd say 50% out, 50% chilling with a book at home.
Friendly, happy, positive, love to chat but also sometimes need to decompress in my own space after work - own bathroom please! I'd love a bathroom that has a bathtub, rather than just a shower.
Prefer housemate/s who are at home at least some of the time when I am; I'm not a partier but I like the feeling of knowing the person / people I live with and enjoying their company! A cat is a bonus, no dogs please. :)
