I am a clean, quiet person who keeps to myself and enjoys quiet comfort but would enjoy coming together from time to time for dinner, a games night, or for an outing if that dynamic develops. I take pride in being a clean and courteous tenant/housemate who is excited to contribute to a homely vibe 🙂

I enjoy watching movies, trying new foods, playing boardgames, and getting out for fresh air when I can.

I am interested in a self-contained granny flat, bungalow, or a spacious bedroom that I can use as a recharge station; and my limit on rent inclusive of bills is $950 per calendar month and I am flexible with move in date. Teamups are also welcome.
