About us
Hi everyone,
We’re David and Yubi, a couple looking for a studio or granny flat on the Gold Coast.
I work as a shed installer and carpenter trainer, and Yubi works as a cook in a coffee shop. We are both students as well, and we live a quiet and busy routine focused on work and study.
We are clean, organised, respectful, and easy to deal with. We both work regular hours from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, and I also work on Saturdays, so we spend most of our time working and keeping a stable routine.
We are looking for a peaceful place to call home and would take great care of it. Please feel free to ask us any questions
