Hi :) I’m 25 and currently studying childcare while working part-time in hospitality. Between work and classes, I’m usually out most days, but when I’m home I really value a relaxed, comfortable space. I also spend a few nights a week at my partner’s place, so I’ll be in and out rather than home all the time.

Since I commute between Coburg North and Greensborough, I’m hoping to find somewhere fairly central. My budget is ideally around $200 per week, no more than $850 per month with bills included.

What I’m looking for:
- a calm and respectful household
- reliable, considerate housemates who enjoy a comfortable shared space
- a location central to my regular commute
