I'm a 34 yr old cis man looking for somewhere for at least a year, and will be mostly working from home.

In my spare time I like taking care of houseplants, bouldering and doing creative projects. I'm vegan, but don't mind if you're not. I don't smoke.

I think it's important that everyone feels comfortable in their home - so as a housemate I care a lot about good communication and resolving issues sooner rather than later. I would like to find housemates with similar social values (pro-feminist, anti-racist, queer allies, sex-positive, etc). I have lived in sharehouses on and off for over 10 years.

Ideally I'd like to be friends with my housemates. Things like having meals or going to events together or just chatting are nice, but I also appreciate that people should feel comfortable to just have "me" time when they need it.
