Sarah, Kitt, Lenny and Adam

Hi Perth! We are Sarah (34), Kitt (30), Lenny (31) and Adam (35) and together we’re looking for a place to call home long term.

We’re a responsible and friendly group of housemates who value a peaceful, tidy, and wholesome living environment.

A bit about us:
Lenny and Sarah are both completing a carpentry course at TAFE and working part-time in related trades. They’re practical, hands-on, and enjoy small carpentry and maintenance projects — and would be happy to help look after upkeep around the property.

Adam is just a few weeks away from finishing his automotive mechanics course, and is transitioning from part-time to full-time work.

Kitt has recently returned to Australia and is actively looking for a position as a personal trainer, currently doing semi-regular work on an ABN

Together, we’re focused on our studies and work, and we take pride in maintaining a calm, respectful household. We’re not party-goers or late-night people, we value a relaxed environment where everyone can study, rest, and contribute to a well-kept home.

We all share a love for clean spaces and greenery, so we’d be keen to care for the garden and keep the outdoor areas looking beautiful. Between our combined income and stable work situations, we’re confident in our ability to meet all rent and utility commitments on time.

We’re looking for a place we can settle into for the long term and truly make into a home.
