Hi there!

I am a friendly, easy going guy who's looking to be apart of a new sharehouse!

Im 37 years and i have been working full-time for close to 20 years. I currently work long hours varying 6-7 days a week. 5 as an apprentice electrician and work at Woolworths part-time two days a week. I have experience in both renting and shared accommodation for many years.

Ideally I'm looking for a good sized room, that's clean, a reasonable internet connection and ideally some stroge space for some boxes etc. I require an unfurnished room with enough space for a queen size bed and 1 bedside table and chest of drawers. I have my own fridge that i'd need storage for,(ideally prefer to use it). I also drive and would prefer at least one with parking space, open to on or off the street.

I'm pretty quiet, neat, reliable and mature. I can be social but it can take me a little while to adjust and open up. I really value my space, peace and rest, especially after work. I enjoy gaming, watching TV, movies, cooking and going on walks/working out at the gym when i have the time.

Due to my current living situation, I will need to make the transition in a timely fashion once im happy to move in. So please bare this in mind before contacting me.
