I'm looking for somewhere to live long-term on acreage or a fairly quiet suburban street within about 15 mins drive to the beach. I would like a 1 to 2 bedroom place OR to share a house with one other where I can have a big / master bedroom or 2 smaller bedrooms.

I don't drink alcohol, take drugs or smoke, though I'm happy to socialise with others who like a quiet drink, nothing against that.
