I like socialising and connecting with others and having fun, sharing a meal and a chat as well as having my own space and quite time.

I'm looking for somewhere to live long-term on a fairly quiet suburban street or on acreage within about 20 mins drive to the beach. I would like to share a house with one or two others or a granny flat.

I don't drink alcohol, take drugs, don't smoke or vape, though I'm happy to socialise with others who like a few drinks.
