Hey all! I’m looking for a room or to team up with someone to find a modern coastal apartment or house ☺️

I’m down to earth and friendly while also enjoy my own time and quiet home. I have my own business which I work flexible hours from home- no two days are the same! I also have a 1.5 year old daughter who is the sweetest girl. I value cleanliness and a tidy home, ideally would love to share with someone who is the same.

I’m generally quite busy between motherhood and work, we get out the house quite regularly, gym, beach, seeing friends, shopping, cafes etc.
I start the day early and usually in bed early, enjoy home cooking and an active lifestyle.

I’d really like to be somewhere close to the beach and cafe/shopping precinct for convenience.

Keen to live with someone who is likeminded and appreciates a nice, calm, positive home and can chat easily. Occasional dinners or drinks are always welcome ☺️
