Hey all! I’m looking for a room or to team up with someone to find a modern coastal apartment or house ☺️

If teaming up, I have near new furniture I’d love to set the house up with and car so will need a garage space.

I’m super down to earth and friendly while also enjoy my own time and quiet home. I have a couple of businesses which means I do a mix of working from home and out of the house. No two days are the same! I also have a 1 year old daughter who is the sweetest girl. I value cleanliness and like my home kept tidy and neat a want to share with someone who is the same.

I’m generally quite busy between motherhood and work, we get out the house quite regularly, gym, beach, seeing friends, shopping, cafes etc.
I start the day early and usually in bed early, enjoy home cooking and an active lifestyle.

I’d really like to be somewhere close to the beach and cafe/shopping precinct for convenience.

Keen to team up with someone who is likeminded and appreciates a nice home, hang out from time to time or chat easily. Occasional dinners or drinks are always welcome 💖
