Hey :) I'm looking for a room around Noosa/Sunshine/Peregian/Coolum. I work full time at the hospital and am wanting to move up here so I'm not driving to and from Maroochydore every day. I'm available to move in asap as my current lease is ending. I'm flexible with lease terms, ideally want something more than 3 months but not necessarily a whole 12 months. I'm 29, single, no pets, don't smoke but don't mind if you do, have a good rental history and have a lot of experience in share houses. I like to be respectful of peoples personal spaces and lives and expect the same. I love a good chat and a good coffee run or the odd movie night or house bbq, however I like to be out and about and value a space that functions as somewhere to chill out and wind down. I'm usually at work and if not I'm in the national park or on a run or at the beach swimming and reading.
