Hello, my name is Feather. I'm looking for a room in a queer-friendly, neurodivergent-friendly house around Perth/Peel area.
I come with a 14 year old cat, River (named from Firefly, though she won't kill you with her brain! :P) She's very shy, but very loving and mostly sleeps in dark, quiet corners.
I'm a plant person and love animals. Am non-binary (they/them) and love overalls and comfortable clothes. I'm vegan, but don't push my beliefs on people, it's just my way of life and want you to have your own.
I'm very artistic and love filling my home with tiny nature based creations. I was building props and scenery for a living but needed to take a break to focus on gentler things.
Carpentry and metal-working skills are all there though, so I can be handy around the house, fixing cupboards, putting up paintings, building book shelves etc.
At the moment I am mostly focusing on writing and wanting to progress my own sculptures and art.
I am clean and tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. Am pretty easy going, need some quiet, alone days every now and then, but other than that, very space holding for different communication styles. My budget is around $200 a week with some room to move if it's a perfect fit.
