Current living alone on my own with my dog in a rental property via belle real estate but the rent is $2450 a month and it’s starting to bite a bit.

Preferably looking for a place to move into with a distance of up to 15 mins from ALBERT PARK/CBD/south Melbourne.

Must be a PET FRIENDLY place to stay.

My cute labstaffy is an inside/outside dog (outside when I’m not home, inside when I’m home), cuddly, affectionate, good with kids and people, only good with medium and large dogs, doesn’t like small dogs. his name is Tommy and he is 5 years old. He’s 19kg. He’s well trained, professionally, and toilet trained, lots of money spent to make sure he’s disciplined and respectful to properties, other dogs and humans. When I’m home it would be nice if he can come inside for a bit from time to time as long as he’s clean otherwise happy to respect house rules and leave him outside if need be .***

Originally I am born and raised in adelaide, I’ve moved to Melbourne for work, also due to more family and friends.

Work: Full time working as a finance broker. 830am-5pm minimum but it’s more like 5pm-9pm finishes lol.

What am I like:

I’m in between extrovert and introvert. I’m very respectful, neat, tidy, love banter and a laugh. Bit of a jokester. I’m slowly getting back into the gym, I do smoke, trying to quit, movie/tv series fanatic, don’t mind a pub meal, cocktail lounge, bar vibes every once and a while. A little bit of ps5 gaming on weekends only. Love me a dinner, drink, get out and about to have fun, not an alcoholic and I don’t do drugs.

I’m very mature for my age and an old soul. I think I have great fashion sense and also, I don’t mind getting my hands dirty. Not a clean freak and not a drama queen, love a joke, a laugh, banter.

Furniture: I’m happy to sell my 5 seater L chaise couch. I will be bringing the following: $2500 brand new 55” LG tv, Yamaha soundbar, i can bring the tv cabinet or I can sell it if you have one, brand new bed from snooze. I probably have 10k worth of furniture and tech. Happy to sell most of it that I don’t need if you have it already.
