Previously lived at a place in Lenah Valley for 2 years. Moving only to help out a friend. I can present the reference letter from my previous happy landlord :D.

Responsible, considerate, clean, usually quiet and introverted guy, but can be sociable once I become comfortable.

I like to watch films and movies and anime. You would also find me playing games on my Nintendo. I also enjoy outdoors and hiking, and been to the Mt. Wellington pinnacle twice, all the way from Lenah Valley. And I enjoy going to the gym and try to go regularly.

I do enjoy having meaningful, deep conversations over a drink or two.

Currently finishing Lab Tech course and getting ready to start working as a Lab Technician soon.
I hold the visa that is valid till 2030, so I will also be able to commit if the long-term rental is available.
