Jibin and Rachel

Hey! We’re Jibin (23) and Rachel (22), currently looking for a place together (2 bedrooms), either a full 2 bedroom house/apt, share house or teaming up to find one.

Jibin works full-time and is pretty easygoing, usually spending downtime gaming. Social and friendly, but also respectful of personal space and a calm home environment.

Rachel is studying while working part-time and enjoys the occasional baking (so expect the occasional baked treats around!). She’s tidy, considerate, and easy to live with.

We both have previous share house experience, are responsible with rent/bills, and value a clean, relaxed, and respectful home.
Our budget is 200-250 pw per person (inclusive of bills)
